Tour I, Hitchin is this coming weekend.
Directions/maps/info has been sent to the attending teams (as per the list
below) as known so far. Some of it went in the post this morning (Tuesday),
hopefully the others were received this morning.
IMPORTANT: The schedule is not yet written - it's subject to confirmation of
entrants' ranking and any additional entrants.
To this end the captain's meeting is at 9.00am and will involve the scheduling
being distributed. BE THERE!
ACCOMODATION: The Village Hall option is no longer possible - we've met our
cancellation deadline and cancelled. There's a B+B list on the web at
http://www.phidelta.demon.co.uk/accom.htm or you are welcome to bring tents and
camp if you haven't sorted anything else out.
