Andy,

To answer your question about the Britdisc archive, If I am elected I will push to replace Britdisc with two separate lists: One for debate and one for announcements only.

I know there are a lot of people out there who don't want all the banter but do want to know about tournaments etc.

It makes sense to use on of the commercially available list providers such as Yahoogroups, Smartgroups, etc. This will also stop us relying on Ralf and Sammy to keep Britdisc up and running at Warwick Uni.

There are a lot of other lists out there which should be publicised properly and probably some scope for new ones (e.g. Women's Ultimate.) It would make sense to have these all hosted by the same service so that the webmaster can look after them easily.

I believe Si Weeks has spies on Britdisc so hopefully he will respond to your DoC question.

Ben
