I must admit I agree with you Aram (that ia a first!) but in all the time I
have been playing Ultimate this has been the case. The problem has always
been a shortage of people who are willing to devote large portions of time
towards the running of the sport. There was an extreme domination by Druids
and Red a few years ago until Chris and Ian left the purple mass...

I think the key is to get a balance of abilities at this stage, as I believe
the people standing are above putting Team loyalties ahead of the sport, the
"Chevvy" contingent excepted obviously :)
