I think it is a great idea - 

If you want it - go and do it.  

The more people who get off there arses and set up clubs and organise
Tournaments the better - coed, women and open.

I don't mean to be rude, but don't ask, just make it happen.

Anna Winter, Chris Hughes, Laura Pearce

I'm writing to you guys especially as you specifically mentioned
women in ultimate although this is really for anyone to write about. How do
you think you could encourage women who are beginning to play to remain
motivated to stay in a somewhat male-dominated sport? I'm speaking
particularly with regards to student ultimate. I was thinking along the
lines of introducing student co-ed tournaments rather than open. 

What do you think?
