Having looked at the constitution of UK Ultimate at http://www.ukultimate.com/docs/const.htm please let me know if you can see any legal problems. 

I have accounted for Employers liability insurance in the association proposal (http://www.ukultimate.com/docs/assoc.htm) 

With his experience of running a company I would think Adam Batchelor would be in a good position to help us get this right actually. Mind you, they say the only difference between a criminal and a policeman is the uniform!  ;-)
