An amazing venue, the challenge of a savage 7 tournament in December, and its proximity to central London all make for what promises to be the start of something special. The LS7 will be a one day tournament with 12 teams guaranteed a minimum of three games each. There will also be a mini guts tournament (5 players per side) open to those interested. There is no coed requirement. Spectators are welcomed and encouraged...its not too often you get to see ultimate played in a venue such as... Venue: Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. This is a rare opportunity to play Ultimate in a 16,000 seat stadium with the last rounds under the lights. Men and women's changing rooms will be available with showers. For more information, check out www.crystalpalace.co.uk. Schedule: Captains' meeting is at 8:30 AM sharp. The first round of pool play will begin at 9:00 AM sharp. The finals will start at 5:00 PM and there will be an awards ceremony in the Bar at 6:45 PM. The bar will close at 11:00 pm and there will be a late night venue recommendation in central London. Teams: We ask that each team bring 7 playing members and one non-playing member if possible. We will have tournament helpers on the sidelines taking player stats during every game and we'd like the non-playing member to help them out with who is who. The first 12 teams to send the registration fee via check will be guaranteed a spot in the tournament. Team registration is 165 pounds for the Ultimate tournament with guts and 140 pounds for teams who do not wish to take part in the mini guts tournament.
