Heavyweights down south, flyweights up north - just like it should be ;-) One team will fall from grace and be relegated from Div 1 for Matchday 4, and one team from Div 2 will be promoted to mix it with the best on the Common that same day. COULD ALL TEAMS PLEASE CONFIRM THEIR ATTENDANCE IMMEDIATELY TO ME VIA EMAIL. Thanks. Seedings for Division 1 on Clapham Common: 1/ Clapham 1 2/ Clapham 2 3/ Druids 4/ Sharks 5/ Red 6/ Smash & Grab 7/ Hammerage 8/ Fever Please be ready to play at 10.30 sharp. Let's debate formats later in the week, but 3 games may make more sense than 4 given the weather. Provisional entrants for Division 2 on Regent's Park: Cloudthings DiscDoctors BadHabits Sublime Mohawks Hammerage 2 (50/50 at the mo) Un Poco Loco If we get one more team to sign up we could get an 8 team Division 2 - with a nice 8 team knockout format to decide the winner. Any takers? Lewis has kindly offered to be Division 2 co-ordinator again for this event. What a nice chap. Can't wait. Sorry for any last minuteness, December took it's serious toll on my organisational capacity..... I think Hammerage reversing the upset by Fever was the only seed breaker - hopefully we'll start to see some more fairly soon. 1/ Clapham 2 2/ Clapham 1 3/ Druids 4/ Sharks 5/ Smash & Grab 6/ Hammerage 7/ Fever 8/ Sublime So Sublime get relegated. Well done Lewis and co - I think you put up a good fight and it was a pleasure having you down for the day. Red will replace them for Matchday 3 on 13/1, and IMHO should be seeded 5th in accordance with their placing at Nationals. Looks like the Hammerage/Fever game will have even more of an edge to it next time with relegation at stake! I've got some but not all the game results, please send in all your team's game results ASAP so that I can work out a points total for the running scores and publish the results to Britdisk. They will be used to determine who gets into the last event, so are important. Just to let you know - Mohawks are interested in coming up on 13/1 for Division 2. There was no lost property.
