So far as touting for pickups on BD on a Friday is concerned - surely what
matters is not whether people do it but why.

If a well-organised team has suffered last minute problems and is trying to
get extra players then they should be supported and applauded for making an
effort to fulfill their tournament commitment.

On the other hand if a bunch of yahoos didn't give it any serious thought
until Friday lunchtime and hope the rest of us can bail them out then that
is not ok.

I have no idea what the score is with Mr Men and am not commenting on their
situation.

Si B

PS Sorry that this isn't funny - I will try harder in future... though I do
think the low quality of baiting from the outdoor-shmoutdoor brigade is
really to blame. They have obviously gone so long without a decent game of
ultimate that they have gone off the boil. ;-)
