And I'm going where there's no telephone service, let alone email. BUT don't take my silence and absence from disc events for the next weeks seriously. The Whitcombe Farm Disc Golf Classic, part of the British Tour, WILL be taking place on June 28th and 29th. All the usual terms and conditions apply. Camping is encouraged. Some beds will be available in the Summer House - if you want to reserve one, then first come first served. Place your requests by email and I'll confirm when I get back. B&Bs are available locally. For those who don't know about the Whitcombe Farm course: it comprises two 18 hole courses, fully chained, laid out over 80 acres of steeply (!) rolling organic farmland. Altogether idyllic. Butterflies and wild flowers abound. For more details, contact Derek or check out the BDGA website. I would appreciate it if you could send emails if you intend to come, and please pass on the news to those of us who are unwired. I'm due back on June 16th, and will try and catch up with you all then. In the meantime, I'm off to teach Zimbabwe all about ultimate! Now, where's my pith helmet . . . ?
