Could we not take something from students in having greater opportunity for
national competition through a 2nd division? Surely this might extend the
blessing beyond 18/24 teams, solve potential overcrowding problems (eg 2 18
team touneys at same/different venues). 

Obviously this is most ideal at places with huge a capacity (both tourneys
at same place), but still... if the opportunity arose... Certainly there
seems more than enough talent and interest, and though it may cut off more
people from 'the title' and qualification may still be an issue, at least
more teams would have a chance to play against high quality sides from
around the country, get a shot at some silverware, and enjoy their ultimate.

Maybe one for the future...
