Hi Phil,

As far as I know, the Callahan Goal that you discribe is not part of the 
WFDF rules and has only been recently adopted for all play in the US (10th 
edition rules)...it was demoed on the college scene first.
No idea if the WFDF are planning to adopt the rule changes included in the 
UPA 10th edition rules. I assume that Hawaii (as it is a WFDF event) will be 
played under WFDF rules.
