402.06 Restraining Line: A restraining line shall be established 5 m from 
the playing field to ensure that the sidelines remain clear during play.

Whilst the problem is most blatant for the final (most spectators) it does 
happen in all the games. In one of the games there were even people using 
part of the pitch as some sort of practise for keeping their feet in play 
whilst cathing until the players on the team I beleive they were 
'supporting' told them to go and find another line!

I should find out tomorrow night if the tourny I'm running on the 3rd/4th 
August will be able to go ahead and will certainly be requesting a line of 
some sort - 5 metres perhaps is a little excessive?
