Kevin touched on the point that occured to me. Why did we apply as
disc sports?

Surely an argument for a sport to be included is to apply as a sport
- not several all lumped together. Once one disc based sport is
recognised then a huge obstacle (namely the "frisbee" stuff) will be
removed from all the others.

Also if 2 different disc sports were to be pushing their cases (ultimate
and golf), being pushed by two different organisations (BUF and BDGA)
and different people then this might help to dispell the "frisbee"
tag which is believed to be the cause of the antagonism towards us
(although this is almost certainly not the only reason) as more than
one sport would be seen to use these items of serious sports
equipment.

Hope this isn't taken as a criticism of the previous bid, it's just a
question. When do we apply again?

Dave.
