hey Ben,

Are you sure its not the 'Public Liability Insurance'?
I(n which case Ben can supply you with a copy that should suffice.

The local Council in Nottingham needed to know it was covered too.
in case you are interested in other strange council requirements

They also charged a £200 Bond in case of damage to the toilet facilities
And £50 + £200 Bond in case of damage to the grass?!?!?!
