Important (and some not-so important) INFORMATION
-------------------------------------------------

Below are the seedings for Southampton, and some info
about timings, etc. But first a brief disclaimer and
whinge.

NB - Captain's meeting is 9am - and every team must have
someone there.

Briefly:

this tourney was oversubscribed so (as explained before)
we tried to work out a way of maintaining the Tour system
but at the same time have more than the 24 teams on 8 pitches.
Owing to the time of year this is possible - but it makes
the schedule quite severe in places.
I have spent a lot of time trying to ensure that it is as fair
as possible. Beware also that Sunday is an early start for
many teams.

If you would like to have recieved all this info SOONER:
the idea is to post the schedule at the same time as the
directions!! - then I sympathise.
And when we can have a run up to a tournament that isn't
dogged by teams pulling out, etc etc, then it will
happen.

Thanks to Andy Kayley (and the other Skunks) for putting
up with team changes right up to the last minute.u

OK - here's the important stuff...

SCHEDULE
--------
The way the schedule works out some teams have a relatively
late start. These teams should still have a representative
at capts meeting.

Groups C and D: first game is at 11:30am.
F1 (Mythago): first game is at 10:50am.
G1 (BAF): first game is at 12.10pm - sorry. Its just
the way it turned out.

EVERYONE ELSE STARTS AT 9.30am.

Now that this has been announced, it cannot be changed.
So if anyone pulls out now there will be no change to
the schedule, and teams will just miss out on games.

see you there
