BUF National Outdoor Ultimate Championships
27+28 September 1997

King Edward's Place, Wanborough, nr Swindon, Wiltshire

All team contacts should now have received invitations, here's a quick summary:

Payment and DEADLINES:
cheques payable to LAYOUT DREAMS should be sent to:

of value:
National Championships     GBP 95.00   before 1 September 1997
Open 'Not-the-Nationals    GBP 75.00   before 8 September 1997
(both of the above sums include BUF tournament taxes)

Please register your team and send payment promptly as it will then be easier 
to arrange replacement teams if needed.

Formats:
National Championships: Top 16 (OK, 17 'cos Shotgun are only entering 1 team)  
teams from the Ultim8 Tour in two divisions of 8. Ultim8 Tour rosters apply, 
though it is possible for players to transfer between teams subject to certain 
restrictions and rules (contact Si Hill for details)

Open 'Not-the-Nationals' Tournament: Running alongside the National 
Championships will be a more traditional tournament, preferably 8 teams or 
more, no roster restrictions, indivdual players may register and we'll build 
teams, etc, etc.
Tournament format to be worked out when we know how many teams wish to 
participate.

Facilities:
King Edward's Place has the capabilities for us to use 12 pitches in prime 
condition, an all day pavillion bar providing food and refreshments, a players 
tent, changing rooms and showers. Allied Dunbar are also prepared to hire rooms 
on site for Saturday night (single rooms GBP 25.00) for those who don't want to 
camp just a five minute walk (max!) away. There will be a BBQ breakfast 
available on both days, or teams may elect for the Layout Dreams breakfast 
package (more info later - approx GBP 15.00 for the team). Saturday night 
dinner will be available in the dining hall, and the party in the main bar 
starts at 7.30pm.
