I think that Paul Hurt has hit the nail on the head, in his last mail. We at Catch
 didn't just wake up one morning and find that we were
 winning more games than we used to. It took alot of 
committment from all the boys in Leeds with OUTDOOR practises
regardless of the weather, and a true desire to get somewhere in 
Ultimate much like Jedi are doing now. The examples are numerous, 
perhaps best exemplified by Gun. They have practises at all times and 
are thus the best team in the country. And for those student teams 
that say well we can't practise during the summer, well maybe you use 
the phone spend some money and  time to travel and organise 
a practice yourselves, there is no law 
stating that student teams have to practise during term time. I think 
that the tour worked very well this year and is definately the way 
ahead for ultimate in the country, but obviously it has to be 
supported by individual teams putting the effort to get somewhere. 
Nothing that the BUF come up with is going to make teams improve 
without any effort
