Despite the a great deal of hard work Wayne Davey put into setting up 
the National Indoor Qualifiers we still ended up with no SE regional 
this year.

However it is all going to change next year?!! Already two bids have 
already been prepared for next years indoor seasons and I know Si 
Hill is also looking to sort The Tour '99 out fairly soon. So anyone 
who does fancy doing a specific tournament next year, but was 
thinking about leaving it until Christmas, think again. 

One of the bids that has already been sent to me is for the 
the Student Indoors '99. Anyone wishing to rival this bid, let me 
know asap or it will be too late.
