Speaking as a student who's been playing for four years, I never
understood why juniors, in particular school teams weren't allowed to
play in Student tournaments.
Assuming they can look after themselves and don't chunder everywhere
their presence would only make student ultimate stronger, and if they
deprive student teams from places in the finals well sorry but tough shit. I
played for Uriel for three years and never saw hide nor hair of a
final tournament didn't stop me going to or enjoying the tournaments I
went to.
We should be playing as many teams as possible as often as possible ,
encouraging new teams and encouraging the sport to grow not limiting
student ultimate to a select band of 18-25ish year olds. so there
