Since Ultimatum is now being sold to the general public (in a very 
limited sort of way) it is no longer appropriate to print the personal 
details of club contacts in Ultimatum.  The update (which is not sold 
to the public) will inlcude the address list.  In the meantime I am 
about to stick an upto date address list in the post along with 
reminders to teams to pay their BUF subs (if they haven't already).
