Ross - the story so far...
The pitches are booked.
Date is confirmed as 24+25 July 1999.
We may, or we may not, have access to the clubhouse - and therefore
toilets, showers, water and power supplies are a concern at the moment.
Until this has been negotiated (by Adam, hopefully this week) and any
costs of alternatives ascertained, the entry fee is unknown.
[I'd hope it would be less than the 1998 GBP 110.00, but expect more
than the previous GBP 75.00]
The Druids are also negotiating as to which of them will be responsible
for receiving money, answering queries, etc (I'll be on holiday in the
middle of this essential period!)
The following foreign teams have, so far, been allocated spaces:
Feral, from Sydney, Australia
Les Vieux Invalides, from Paris, France
Pookas, from Dublin, Ireland
Fluid Druids, and two other UK teams (they know who they are) have been
allocated places.
There are therefore 18 remaining.
If anyone is REALLY keen to come, you could contact me for details of
where to send a BLANK CHEQUE!!!
