The answer is yes, I did keep my putting together pretty well
under the pressure of the shoot. The show went out on Saturday
and my appearance was quite brief, but it was the biggest
exposure for disc golf that we have ever had in the UK.
For those who didn't see it, I was the expert who showed how it
was done. The contestant, a woman from Bristol, had to hit 20
putts from 20 feet in 90 seconds to win 20,000 pounds worth of
prizes for her family. Having practiced 8 hours a day for a week
she achieved it quite easily.
Shameless self publicist that I am, I should let you know that I
am filming for Collectors Lot tomorrow. I don't know when it gets
broadcast but it's daytime on Channel 4. When I know the date I
will put it on my self publicity web site
