	Hi All,

	this is just a preliminary message. The proper one will follow 
after I nip home and get my little black book will all your names in wot I 
have left at home.

	Well, despite some miserable sinners in the SE (you know who you 
are) who have, with three days to go prior to the tournament, STILL not 
confirmed entry (ultimate organisation - gotta love it!!) to their 
qualifier, I have come up with a fair and totally biased qualification 
entry for the Finals. The number of teams which qualfiy per division is 
as follows:

	SE - top SEVEN (7) qualfiy

	SW - top FIVE (5) qualify (except Mr Men, who will doubtless 
qualify and then be big girlie shandy-drinking, tory-voting, shirt-lifting, 
pillow-biting, chutney ferret WOOFTERS and not go to Edinburgh because 
its TOOOOOOOOO   FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR no offence 
intended.)

	Midlands - top SIX (6) qualify

	North - top SIX (6) qualify

	I'll be telling each TD so that he (or she, or whatever) knows in 
advance and will confirm at the captains meeting.

	Might I also add that these numbers are now final (tough titty to those 
in the SE - you could have had more qualify, but did you get off your 
arses and enter teams, I *DON'T* think so, so TOUGH!!!), but are 
subject to a last minute radical and unbiased change, should my team fail 
to qualify.
