Hi BD,
sorry if you are not a student but here goes,
on the subject of a 20 or 24 team championship, hows
about giving the extra spaces to the regions who did
best last year? Basically this means that the
"Scotland and hangers-on" pool of death becomes less
loaded.
Since the tounie is seeded on the basis of last year's
results I feel that seeding the 'number of qualifying
spaces' is not unreasonable.
