I haven't been able to get to the post box yesterday and DJ has been 
keeping track of things.  I'm expecting cheques from a number of 
teams if the cheques arrived on the same day then priority will go to 
the team that contacted mr first who are in order.....

I've spoken to most of thees teams already so they know what the 
situation is and will contact those who are in again on Monday.

I will accomadate everyone but it is proving difficult to find hosts 
so if anyone has or can arrange their own accomadation it would be 
appreciated.  If you can't I WILL find you somewhere.


I have directions to the sports centre and other details which I can 
post by snail mail.  If the teams who are in could inform me of how 
many of them there are and when they are arriving that wouyld be 
great ( Friday or Saturday ). I am away until Monday morning so soryy 
I can't get back to you this weekend.
