Anna,
You seem to forget how good we actually are at leeds uni at 
attracting and keeping our female players.  I seem to remember 
recruiting you a couple of years back.  That was when we started 
the year with one female and ended it with about 10.  And I also 
recall almost tripling our intake of committed women in the two 
years since.  Yesterday we had a womens game running alongside 
an open game at practice, but oh yeah, you weren't there......
