After the recent article DEL(with HAIR!?) managed to do for GQ
active, another article concerning Frisbee is in FHM. It is simply
about how much calories you would burn up in 10 minutes of a given
sport...Football, running etc. Imagine my surprise when I spotted
FRISBEE in with these "offically recognised sports".
The long and the short of it is that "team Frisbee" burns the same
amount of calories as a "hard game of football", this is between 30
and 40 calories for 10 minutes. However due to the stop/start nature
of the game it`s not as cardio vasicular as say cycling....
Two articles in two major magazines in the space of a month!
Also in the main picture the model has hold of a pink ultrastar!!!
Just thought I`d let everybody know how fit we must all be???
